Quality Certifications: All Holmbury products are subject to rigorous laboratory and field testing, and each product is certified in conformity to strict certification standards. Holmbury is an ISO 9001 2000-certified company.
Delivery: Holmbury is dedicated to supplying quality products on time. We do so by utilizing fully integrated, automated systems that coordinate and track production and evaluate performance.
Warranty: Holmbury, Inc. offers a one-year, no-leak warranty on all flat-face couplings. This warranty covers leakage due to damaged seals. If the coupling leaks within one year of purchase, Holmbury will replace the coupling half at no charge. Holmbury will not cover labor, travel, loss of production or any other costs other than that of the physical replacement cost of the part itself. In order to qualify for the warranty, the faulty coupling must be returned to Holmbury after having received a RGA number from Holmbury. Holmbury will not cover couplings manufactured by competitive manufacturers, nor will Holmbury cover couplings damaged as a result of connecting up to a poor-quality competitive coupling.
